PROCESSING:
Butcher fees are separate and paid directly to USDA certified processor.
Processing fees average .68/lb which will include several custom cut options such as cutting size, thickness, and bone in options.
Don’t forget the pork sausage, have your hams cut into lunch meat packages, Jowl Bacon, Extra Thick cut Bacon, and Brats…my personal favorites. You can even have your order vacuum sealed for a slight additional charge.
DELIVERY:
We currently don’t offer traditional shipping. We will deliver your order within a 4-hour drive of St. Louis Missouri.
How It Works:
We deliver direct from our farms to local family butchers. The butcher will call you to go over all of the custom cuts and options to process your meat. After your meat is processed we deliver your meat directly to you, meet at a central location within 4 hours of St Louis Metro, or you can pick up at butcher directly.
