Wagyu cattle have been bred over generations to have superior fat marbling which increases the taste and tenderness of the meat. Our typical steer weight is roughly 1400 lbs+.

PROCESSING:
Butcher fees are separate and paid directly to a certified processor. Processing fees average .68/lb which will include several custom cut options such as cutting size, thickness, and bone in options.
DELIVERY:
We currently don’t offer traditional shipping. We will deliver your order within a 4-hour drive of St. Louis Missouri.
How It Works:
We deliver your cattle direct from our farms to our local family butchers. After we deliver, the butcher will call you directly and go over all of the custom cuts and options to process your meat. Don’t forget we can do Bone in options! Nothing better than a bone in Ribeye or New York strip! After your meat is processed we deliver your meat directly to your door, meet at a central location within 4 hours of St Louis Metro, or you can pick up at butcher directly and take a weekend road trip.
